I’m a holistic nutritionist, herbalist, and fitness professional with 20+ years of experience helping women move out of symptom management and into steady, sustainable health.
My work focuses on the intersection of food, stress, and the nervous system — especially for women who carry a lot of responsibility and are tired of pushing harder just to feel “okay.”
